Determining Buying Ability
Before looking for a home, it is essential to determine your buying ability. Your buying ability includes determining your budget and getting pre-approved for a mortgage. I will gladly help you with this process.
Finding a home
Once I understand your budget, it’s time to find your dream home. I’ll scour the market for homes fitting your criteria and book showings to visit them.
making an offer
When it’s time to make an offer, I’ll do the grunt work by negotiating pricing and contingencies with the seller. Once it’s time, I’ll write the purchasing agreement.
accepting and closing
After the offer is accepted, I’ll proceed with the closing process. This process includes finalizing paperwork, financing, and transfer of ownership.
